Mr. Kallivokas is the founder and Chairman of RER Solutions, Inc. ("RER"), a managing member of Global Recovery Group. He sits on Global Recovery Group's Claim Strategy Credit Committee.
Mr. Kallivokas has supervised the valuation, management, servicing or disposition of over $75 billion of real estate assets. He has personally initiated and managed the valuation, monitoring, and liquidation of 24 major real estate portfolios ranging from $50 million to more than $1 billion each, in book value. In addition, he serves as chairman of RER Equities, Inc., a real estate acquisition and investment firm. Previously, Mr. Kallivokas was the executive vice president and chief operating officer of the J.E. Robert Companies, one of the nation's largest real estate consulting and investment firms.
