Mr. Fromm is the founder and CEO of Value Recovery Group, Inc. ("VRG"), a managing member of Global Recovery Group.  He sits on Global Recovery Group's Claim Strategy Credit Committee. 

Mr. Fromm has 15 years of contracting and partnering experience in recovering in delinquent debt and other distressed assets for federal agencies, including the FDIC, RTC, Export-Import Bank.  VRG also has a contract with the State of Ohio under which VRG collects on a $1 billion portfolio of debt owed to the State.  Mr. Fromm has been a banker, a financial institutions consultant for Deloitte & Touche, and Senior Manager for PriceWaterhouseCoopers.

Mr. Fromm has a B.S. (Business Administration) from Butler University, Indianapolis, Indiana (1972) and a JD from Blake McDowell School of Law, University of Akron, Akron, Ohio (1980).
